1/2 C butter
1/2 C oil
1 3/4 C sugar
2 eggs
2 C grated zucchini
1/2 C buttermilk (can be substituted with 1/2 C regular milk and 1/2 TBSP vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes before adding)
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C flour
4 TBSP cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Combine and mix ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pain. Sprinkle 3/4 C brown sugar and 1 package milk chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
Notes: I used semi-sweet chocolate chips and only 1/2 package. I have had it both ways and prefer it with the semi-sweet.
Delicious! Even the kids love it.

This sounds delish. We have been making Chocolate banana bread a lot lately. That recipe is at sisters cafe blog. So yummy!
This is perfect. I have way to much zucchini from our garden. I'm definately trying this. Thanks
