Raspberry Cream Cheese Bars
We tried a new recipe on Sunday and we loved it. You can find the recipe here. I did have to make one adjustment to it though. I baked it for more like 45 minutes. After 30 it was still too gooey in the middle and it wasn't setting up. Maybe it was just my oven so I would say check it after 30 and see. Any way it was a big hit at our house. If you try it and love it too I'd like to know.

What are they like? Is it like a pumpkin roll or is it oatey and crispy? I need to know these things.
ok so its got an oatmeal crust. Sort of crispy but chewy at the same time. Hope that gives you a better description.
