Meatloaf

ATTENTION COOKS OF THE FAMILY~ Bart is bugging the crap out of me for Mom's meatloaf recipe with the burned potatoes and what-not. He even bought me an electric skillet for Christmas so that I could make "meatloaf like Mom's". If anyone has her secret recipe for it, please post or let me know. Appearently Schwan's isn't doing the trick anymore! Tami, Dayna?? Anyone, Anyone?? Bueller?

HA HA! Hey the background is new.
I can't help ya there.
I asked my mom for the velveeta fudge recipe and she told me to look online. TURNED OUT CRAPPY!
TOo bad it's not in the book you guys got.
I think I even remember the crisp meatloaf.
Good Luck.
By The Way: does anyone check this thing? We do NOT get enough responses here. Need MORE action.

I don't have the meatloaf recipe. Not sure if I remember it very well. But Shanda it should be in the book. Also if anyone else wants mom's recipes I can email them to you. I scanned them into my computer. I propably should post them too.

I do remember that one but have never made it. I always make her lemon chicken with crispy potatoes and wonder if it is made in a similar way. I just put chicken and potatoes in the skillet with lots of butter and lemon juice and cook until it caramelizes and gets crispy. Sorry that isn't much help.

Ok you meat loaf lovers, hamburger one package of lipton beefy onion soup mix one can of evaporated milk mix together I will also add one egg to help pull it together., wash your potatoes and slice in half the long way. melt butter in you electric skillet put the meat loaf in and the potatoes cut side down. about 300 degrees and cook until done.
