Attention skinny (or formerly skinny) girls

I'm looking for one or more formal dresses in a size 0, maybe a 2 if it's alterable. Jorden has a couple events coming up in the next few months.

Thanks!

Pot Stickers

1/2 pound ground pork
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 (14 ounce) package wonton wrappers
5 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, mix together the pork, green onion, water chestnuts, salt and sesame oil. Place a tablespoon of the pork mixture into each of the wonton wrappers. Fold the wrappers, and seal the edges with a moistened fork.
In a large, deep skillet, heat 3 tablespoons vegetable oil over medium high heat. Place the pot stickers into the oil seam sides up. Stirring constantly, heat 30 seconds to a minute. Pour water into the skillet. Gently boil 7 to 8 minutes, until oil and water begins to sizzle, then add remaining oil. When the bottoms begin to brown, remove pot stickers from heat.
Ashley made them for me on New Year's Eve. Delish!

Grandma Passey's Favorites

Beth and I put Mom's Favorite recipe's together in a scrapbook for all the kids. I thought everyone else might like to have these as well. I can email them too. Just leave me a note and I will check back. Maybe for the next reunion we can do this as a craft for anyone that would like them.

a new Barnes

UPDATE:
Keara and Alan had their baby girl this morning.
Around 7 their time (am).
Still tossing around a name.
She weighed 8lbs. 14 oz.
That's all I know. Oh her contractions started hard at 2:30 in the morning.
So it went FAST, which is what we like.
Say she looks like Calvin with Keara's ears.

This is all I know but thought I'd put it out there. these were taken from the phone, so there will be better ones to come.

Meatloaf

ATTENTION COOKS OF THE FAMILY~ Bart is bugging the crap out of me for Mom's meatloaf recipe with the burned potatoes and what-not. He even bought me an electric skillet for Christmas so that I could make "meatloaf like Mom's". If anyone has her secret recipe for it, please post or let me know. Appearently Schwan's isn't doing the trick anymore! Tami, Dayna?? Anyone, Anyone?? Bueller?

Change it already!

Hey Jilly...change the stinkin background on the family blog...PLEASE. I tried to do it but apparently I'm not special enough to do so.

Also, note to family...I made the cheese ball recipe in the book Jill & Beth gave us and took it to our New Year's Eve party and it was a hit. Even the kids ate it. I used sliced almonds and cracker crumbs for the outer coating and YUMMY. I think I made a meal out of it.

Loves and thanks for a great gift Jill & Beth. It was great to see Mom again.
